Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages, including those with a 'Signature Release' on file. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we cannot take responsibility for orders sent to incorrect or unclaimed addresses. Once a package has been shipped, re-routing is not possible. If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, we can arrange for redelivery; however, a redelivery fee will apply based on the carrier’s rates.
Shipping delays may occur due to courier disruptions, customs processing, import regulations, or weather conditions—factors beyond our control. By clicking 'Place Order,' you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Terms and Conditions, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you encounter any quality issues, such as defective or damaged items, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. To assist with resolution, provide clear images or video of the issue within one week of delivery, along with a detailed description of your issue and a photograph of your full packing slip, which is required for verification. Refunds or credits are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. MiracleMe LLC. upholds strict quality control standards, carefully inspecting and verifying orders before processing and packing. If an issue is confirmed, we will make every effort to resolve it to your satisfaction.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please keep in mind that lash lengths will appear different on individuals depending on eye shape and lid space. MiracleMe LLC. reserves the right to refuse returns at any time.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
